Exchanges and returns
Do you want to exchange or return something from your order? You can follow these steps,
If you want to change a lamp to you ordered the wrong color, or the like, you can contact us by email or telephone and we'll send a new lamp for you. You will have to pay return shipping.
Want to return something to your order? Contact us by email or phone and tell us what you want to return. There is no requirement that you have to inform us, but we can prepare your return (freeze invoice) and it facilitates our return process!
You then go to the agent where you downloaded the package and ask about getting a docket from Schenker. You also can use DHL or the Post, but our experience says that Schenker is the cheapest.
You save your receipt with tracking number is (if the package would not arrive).
When we received the return, we will contact you and arrange a refund immediately.
Note that you have the right to return in 30 days. That is, you do not need any reason for return and we will refund the entire order total!
Is something broken as soon as you unpack your package? Contact us as soon as possible and we will send a replacement to you! We place with a return shipping label that you can send back the defective part with.
We are responsible for all costs associated with a claim, both freight for substitute and to bring back the defective to us.
It is not something that happens often, but if an accident should occur and you get a faulty product, we will do everything we can to help you get a "full" light as soon as possible. We ask, however, if you understand that injuries can sometimes occur when the package got damaged in transport we can not help.
